The following information has been posted to the PTA Facebook Page, as well as being included in the Thurs., Feb. 27th edition of the "Weekly Wildcat."
-- This is a ticketed event. Ticket Sales have concluded as of 2/20. Entry tickets will be coming home with the oldest child of paid families on Thurs., 2/27. The tickets for entry will be placed within picture-package envelopes provided by Bob Fontaine Studios.
-- If you are interested in purchasing family portrait packages, it is advisable to fill out the envelope prior to arrival on Saturday evening to expedite waiting in line. Raffles featuring great prizes will also be offered; please note that all raffles are cash-only.
-- Doors open at the Crowne Plaza Ballroom (Greenwich Ave, Warwick) at 5 PM. Follow signs to the Grand Ballroom (we have our own entrance) and ample parking is available in the vicinity. Dinner will be served at 6 PM and dancing is offered until 9 PM. There is no re-entry once one leaves the premises.
-- All attendees must be alcohol and substance-free for the duration of the event as this is a school-sponsored, family evening. Additionally, all children must be accompanied at all times by a parent/guardian and school-rules apply throughout the night.
-- By attending the event, all agree to abide by the above stipulations.
