Mon., Dec. 16 – "Ugly Sweater Day!" It’s time to kick off our week with a little fun! Kids, faculty, and staff are encouraged to wear their ugliest sweaters or craziest holiday t-shirts!
Tues., Dec. 17– "Winter Wonderland" Show your winter spirit by wearing colors of blue and white today!
Weds., Dec. 18 – “Wildcat Wednesday - Festive Colors!” Instead of your usual Wildcat Wednesday Gear, but be sure to wear lots of festive colors to celebrate this special time of the year!
Thurs., Dec. 19 – “Festive Head Gear and Socks” Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year’s, or others -- if you celebrate a certain holiday this time of the year, show it off with festive head-hear and/or socks owned - or designed - by you! If you don't have any festive socks or headgear, feel free to wear your favorite t-shirt today with pride!
Also, students in Grades 2-5 will be treated to a Winter concert at 10:30 AM – and parents/families at 2 PM - by our WNS student chorus under the direction of our music and choral teacher, Mrs. Kristy Procaccianti. (As noted in last Thursday's Weekly Wildcat, please know that, due to fire code, student performers are limited to 2 audience tickets each. Additional seating is available at the 10:30 AM performance, but interested families must call the office to ensure available seating. Thank you!)
Fri., Dec. 20 – "Comfy Cozy Day" It's the final day of school before the Winter Break - and also the last day of school for 2024! Let's celebrate by wearing warm, comfy, and cozy clothes to school. For our kindergarten friends enjoying the Polar Express today, this means pajamas! (Please no slippers for safety during Recess or Physical Education classes.)
