Field Trip and Field Day Season is upon us! All parent chaperones and volunteers need to be BCI-checked and cleared within the last calendar year of the event's date in order to be around our school children on these special days.
Mrs. Leamy has a list of all BCI checks and their expirations. If you had a BCI-check completed before June of 2023 and have yet to complete another one, we will be unable to allow for your participation.
If yours is expired, or you have yet to complete a BCI-check, please visit the local Warwick Police Department and request an updated BCI if you wish to join us for:
Warwick Neck Field Day - Grades K-5:
Thursday, May 30, 2024 (Rain Date: Tues., June 4th) - BCI check must have been completed after May 30, 2023 in order to participate.
Special, Additional Graduating Class Field Day - Grade 5 ONLY:
Monday, June 10, 2024 (Rain Date: Tues., June 11th) - BCI check must have been completed after June 10, 2023 in order to participate.
[Field Trips: Dates and venues as planned or relayed by your child's classroom teacher. Chaperone needs for those days are based upon each individual classroom and related WNS staffing availability to provide appropriate coverage.]
