Good Afternoon Lippitt Families,
Tomorrow, September 6, 2023, we will be dismissing students promptly at 11:30am due to the weather. We are expecting all students who receive bus transportation to run as normal.
Lunch will be provided to all students. It is my recommendation that all students bring a water bottle tomorrow labeled with their names. It is important that all of our students stay hydrated throughout the day.
If your child goes home on a van please see below:
Boys and Girls Club- Will have before care but Will NOT have after school care. Please plan accordingly
Precious Years, Magic Years are not sure if they will have after school care however, the child care service will be communicating with families about this.
Family Tree- will provide after school care
Building blocks- will provide after school care
Should you change how your child will be getting home tomorrow, please email your child's teacher and/or call the school tomorrow. We would like to be as proactive as possible for the safety and well-being of our students.

Good Morning,
I hope everyone is having a great start to their summer. Very close to our school we have an interesting thing happening with Jake the Snake, on Strawberry Field Road. If you have a chance, paint a rock with something special to you and add to the snake!

One of our artists we are collaborating with for our large art mural began the first steps this week to getting us started. The students and staff created thousands of tiles that will fil this space along with a giant leopard. I can't wait to see the progress each week.
Here is Day 1 and Day 2 of hanging ceramic board and charcoaling the space. A huge shout out to Dr. Anne Siesel for helping us fund this project through a grant.
