Good Morning. Holliman Bus 14 will be added to bus 51. All buses have the potential for running a few minutes early or a few minutes late.

Hollima Bus 47 will be added to Bus 4. This bus has the potential for running late.

***Volunteers Needed*** 1. Trunk or Treat Committee - We have a chair (person who will lead the committee) but we need people to join the committee. If we don't have enough people to form the committee, we will not be able to put on this event. 2. 5th Grade Committee - We are looking for 5th grade parents who would like to join this year-long committee to plan fun events and activities for the graduating class. 3. School Store - We are looking for volunteers who are available between 11:15am and 1:15pm on Fridays to help at our School Store. (You do not need to be available every Friday.) The following buses have the possibility of running late, which includes buses providing coverage (even if it is for another school). * Please note, ALL buses have the possibility of being 5 min early, or up to 15 min late, on any given day, due to unforeseen obstacles* * Please wait outside for buses. Waiting inside delays buses & runs the risk of students missing the bus.* Please arrive on time but be patient if the bus runs late. If you have somebody other than the guardians who receive Aspen generated emails & calls, caring for your child, please update them with changes. HOLLIMAN - 51- will be 10-15 minutes late

Good Afternoon Holliman Families, Bus 49 will be added to bus 51 today. This bus has the potential for running late. Thank you for your patience over the last few days as we settled into a routine with the added heat. Morning drop off has been fantastic! Open House is Rescheduled to Wednesday, September 20th 6-7:30pm.

Holliman Families, As a reminder, we will be dismissing at 12:00pm today. Buses will also be arriving to pick students up at noon as well. Thank you

Holliman, Teachers, Staff, and Families, Our open house scheduled for Monday, 9/18 has to be rescheduled. There is a scheduling conflict with the City Council meeting. I will be communicating a new date as soon as I have one confirmed. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Good Morning Holliman Families, Yesterday’s morning arrival went really well! Once the little ones get a hang of it, the flow will go more quickly. But they did a great job! Please be sure your child is seated on your passenger side and gets out on that side. Please remain in your vehicle. A staff member or I will help get your child out and to the door safely. If you must park, please enter via Deborah rd. and go to the left. All families arriving by car are encouraged to enter via Mullen Rd and use the drop off loop. Dismissal will begin at 12pm today due to extreme heat. Please refer to previous communication for further details.

Good Evening Holliman Families, Here is the detailed plan for the early release day on Thursday, 9/7 due to extreme heat. School begins at 9:00am (regular arrival) School lunch will be available to students. There will be limited choices. All students will be provided time to eat lunch before they are dismissed at 12pm. There will be no recess. Dismissal will begin at 12:00pm Boys & Girls club is closed in the afternoon Family Tree, Lighthouse, & Precious Years are open and will pick up students at 12:00pm. All other buses will arrive at or close to 12pm. Please send a note in with your child if there will be a change in dismissal for 9/7

Good Afternoon Holliman Families, Due to the extreme heat and poor air quality, WPS made the decision to keep students indoors for recess today.

All families arriving by car will enter the drop off loop via Mullen Rd. Follow the loop to the all purpose room door (student entrance) At 8:45am students may begin to exit vehicles. Staff will be available to assist younger students. If you absolutely must park, please enter via Deborah Rd. and go directly to the left of the bus lane. There will be limited parking available. Please continue to let your child’s teacher know if there is a change in how your child is WPS has given the directive to keep students indoors for recess today due to the extreme heat.

Holliman Families,  We made it through day 1 of the school year! Now that summer has decided to make a comeback, please be sure your child comes to school with a refillable water bottle and summer attire. Tomorrow begins our normal drop off routine for morning arrival.  Enter the drop off loop via Mullen Rd. & ignore the signage.
