Student Registration Page!

If you are new to our district, and need to register a brand new student, you can click the Request an Account link on the Aspen Login page, and use our Online Registration app to Register your new student for the current 2024-2025 school year. (Next year registrations for 2025-2026 will open some time in late January!)

Student registration is an online registration process followed by a phone appointment with our Student Registration team who will review the registration with you, determine school assignment, answer your questions and finalize the registration.

Please use a laptop/desktop/Chromebook. It will not work on a cell phone.

2024-2025 Online Registration is Open!

Step 1

Start the registration process by creating an Aspen account (skip this step if you have an Warwick Public Schools Aspen active account), complete the online registration application, and schedule your phone appointment at the end.

If you are NEW to Warwick Public Schools: Create an Aspen parent portal account

  • Click HERE to request an account

  • Click the blue “Request An Account” & fill in requested information.

  • If you already have or had a child enrolled in Warwick Public Schools you don’t need to create a new account - log into your Aspen account

Open Aspen:

  • Log into your Aspen parent account HERE

Start a New Student Registration in Aspen

  • Go to the bottom of the main page and click the grey Initiate button Start a New Student Registration. Answer all questions in each tab section.

  • When you click the submit Tab as the final step in the online registration, you will then see a confirmation of completion and you will be asked to schedule a phone meeting with Student Registration. You will click the link to schedule the day and time that Student Registration team member will call you to review and finalize the registration.

Required Documents

The following documents must be uploaded during the online registration process in order to finalize a registration.

  • Proof of residency - By law the district cannot register any child without this. An offical bill (i.e. electric bill, gas bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, phone bill, water bill, credit card bill, bank statement) Must show the date, parent/guardian name, and home address on it. Must be a an official digital bill or a bill out of envelope.

  • Up to date immunization records.

    • Doctor’s office can fax immunization records

      to Student Registration at: 401-734-3042

  • Parent/Guardian photo ID

  • Child's birth certificate

  • Copy of IEP if your child currently

    receives special services support

  • If a guardian: copy of court

    guardianship papers

Our Warwick Public Schools district consists of the Warwick Early Childhood Center at John Brown Francis, thirteen Elementary Schools, two Middle Schools, two High Schools, and the Warwick Area Career and Technical Center. In most cases the school a child will attend is decided by the child’s home address.

WELC

Warwick Early Learning Center (WELC) Lottery has CLOSED for the 24-25 school year.

Since the Lottery is closed, WELC staff created a digital draw to identify students for enrollment eligibility. Families were contacted the week of 4/22/24 to begin the registration process with Warwick Public Schools. We will do our best to honor family preferences regarding enrollment, however, full-time spaces are limited.  If you have any questions about the lottery or this process, please contact Warwick Early Learning Center at 401-921-0722 or email Karisa.Drury@warwickschools.org

Student Registration office computer kiosk: call 401.734.3040 or email centralreg@warwickschools.org to schedule an appointment to use our computer to register your student (bring all required documents with you).

Central Registration services are available between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Central Registration Department is now located on at 1 Albert Road, behind Veterans Memorial Middle School (go through the gate, proceed straight past the pond until you see a building with 4 doors next to the sports fields!)
