Ed Tech VOWS Volunteer

School-Specific

The Ed Tech Center collaborates with VOWS year-round to help school volunteers fulfill teacher and staff requests during their weekly one-hour appointments. These tasks usually involve black and white copying, color copying, and laminating projects. To arrange for an Ed Tech VOWS volunteer at your school, contact Nicole Spirito, Executive Director of VOWS.

Make an Appointment

You can use the on-site computer to log in to your account and submit files for printing, bring a USB flash drive to print directly from the machine or bring a master copy to make additional copies.

Please keep in mind the Ed Tech Center is managed by one person to complete requests for the entire district.

Work Request

Please allow 2-3+ business days to complete your request and up to an additional 2-3+ business days for interoffice mail delivery.

Same day or next day appointments are usually available if you would like to come in and complete your request sooner.

  • Submit a Work Request through the "Ed Tech" category.

  • Include any specific instructions like single/double sided, collated, uncollated, staple, hole punch, laminate, etc.

  • Include if it is pick up or interoffice mail and where.

2 Cricut machines available for use

Cricut is a brand of electronic cutting machines capable of cutting a wide range of materials by using precision blades guided by computer-controlled technology.

Cricut Design Space is the accompanying software to be used with Cricut machines. Users can create and edit designs, upload their own images or use pre-designed templates, and arrange elements on virtual mats for cutting. Once a design is ready, users can send it wirelessly to the Cricut machine for cutting.

Canva is a popular online graphic design platform that allows users to create a wide range of visual content, including presentations, graphics, posters, flyers, infographics, and more.
