• All purpose rooms door open at 8:40 a.m.

• 8:55 is the start of school.

• Morning session dismisses at 11:25 a.m.

• Afternoon session  begins at 12:35 p.m.

• Dismissal begins for full day and afternoon students at 3:05 p.m.

• Should it be necessary for your child to leave school prior to the regular dismissal, you must send a written note to your child’s teacher in the morning. Parent/guardian is also required to check into the office and sign the child out of the building in our Student Log.

• It is recommended that students not be dismissed early from school for reasons other than Doctor/ Dentist appointments or Family emergencies. Whenever possible, please try to schedule medical and dental appointments during non-school hours.

In the event school closure due inclement weather or other emergencies, announcements will be on radio stations:

• 630 WPRO

• 92 PRO-FM

• LITE ROCK 105

• TV Channels 6, l0, and 12.

• Families can also sign up for alerts on RIBroadcasters.com

• There will be no school for Morning Preschool and buses will pick up full day students according to the delayed time.

• Afternoon schedule will run as usual.

• Families are expected to fill out an Emergency Release form to let the school know who is able to pick up students.

• Children who arrive late need to be signed into the office.   

• When picking up students, adults must have their identification ready for staff.
